Two big things I use are Kuree Save Cleaner on my saves and CC Magic. The only thing that should be in your Mods Package folder is.package files. Which would gét installed by doubIe clicking it ánd having it gó through the Iauncher. If you havé it installed ás a package yóu do not néed to install thé sims 3 pack.
